Credit Sucks

For many years now I have identifiied as an alcoholic and have not had a drink in over 13 years. Receiving the gift of sobriety was more of a gift that I could ever ask for.

My next vice to get rid of was smoking cigarettes. I did that on the 1 year anniversary of not drinking or ingesting any mond altering substances. So now I have over 12 years without a cigarette (except 2nd hand smoke of course). Another gift I am extremely grateful for.

This next vice, took the economy slow down to make me reach absolute bottom. This is my addiction to be a professional debtor.  I love buying stuff I can not afford with unsecured debt. I will be honest, my unsecured debt level at the moment is in the 6 figures.  Up until a few months ago, I was able to keep up with the payments and had little to no stress. Now is a different story. Because of the rapidly sinking screwed up economy that President Bush has left for his replacement, my business has slacked off more than 75%. Which means I can not afford to pay my bills and credit cards. Heck I can barely keep food on the table and maintain the mortgage payment, let alone pay credit card bills.

Credit Sucks. If you are young and reading this, take it from me, rip up those credit cards now. Keep one for emergencys only and do not buy anything unless you can afford it up front. I mean I have a good friend who has done well for himself, he just recently purchased a new car, a 200k kind of car, and the DMV title list himself only as the owner, no lien holder, no finance company, just him.

So today, I have made a decision to turn my life and will over to my higher power again, and to identify my self not only as an alcoholic who does not drink today, and cigarette smoker who does not smoke today, but also a debtor who will not buy something on credit today.

I have created a website dedicated to credit repair, and I have neglected it for awhile because I did not think it applied to me, but was a good niche to go into with the economy as it is.

Credit Sucks

Time to try something new.

I have a good idea by looking at my google analytics that not very many people read my blog unless I send it to tons of Social Bookmarking sites all over the place. So tonight I decided that I am going to make this blog more of a daily journal that is not keyword optimized, or trying to sell you something. This is my blog, where I will try to share with you what new thing I learned today.

First, I created a profile at the warrior forum – http://www.warriorforum.com and my profile there is under my name, David Budlong.  I am gong to try and respond to or write at least one post there a day.

I spent many hours today working on my e-book. Let me tell you, it is a lot more difficult thatn you think, especially since I am making videos at the same time for each of the processes I cover in the book.  I am getting close enough that I should be able to finish it within a day or two. Tomorrow is out because I have a lot of appointments for the Honey Do business.

I have also, in conjunction with the e-book I am writing started to create a podcast. I installed the podPress plug-in on my http://CreateWealthOnTheInternet.com/blog. This looks to be a powerful tool to get my podcast (once created) out to the masses.

And the last thing I did was started a review for the product Commission Blueprint. Now, back to the handyman site.  I used the same principles and services I used for the tattoo site and re-did the handyman site. I did however check the Alexa ranking before starting and I was somewhere around 5 million and something.  And when I would type in my keywords in google, I was somewhere on page 10 or more down the list.  I WAS GETTING NO BUSINESS FROM THIS SITE! Zip Nada!
